Re: bizTRAC/Affinity Internet Application to
ICANN for Top Level Domains
Ladies and Gentlemen:
This
letter is submitted in connection with (i) the application of bizTrac to be the
sponsoring organization for the .biz, .firm, .ebiz, .real, .inc, and .ebz top
level domains (the “Sponsor Application”) and (ii) Affinity Internet’s
application to act as Registry for such top level domains (the “Registry
Application”).
Affinity
Internet has read and understands the Sponsor Application and the “Description
of TLD Policies” contained therein.
Based on the Sponsor Application and the “Description of TLD Policies”
contained therein, Affinity Internet has submitted the Registry Application,
and intends to act as Registry for the applied for top level domains on behalf
of bizTRAC if the Sponsor Application and the Registry Application are approved
by ICANN.
Although
contracts have not yet been signed, we intend to make an agreement with the
Sponsoring Organization in accordance with the terms outlined in the Sponsoring
Organization Proposal.
